Planning the Excursions

Every Tuesday, come rain or shine, Lesley Rose and Cherry Bush, booking and membership secretaries, meet to organise the club’s excursions. Their work includes choosing and setting up future trips, as well as managing the detailed seating arrangements for current outings, both in theatres and on coaches. These planning sessions often take the entire day.

Managing the Finances

Sandra Jones looks after the club’s finances. She collects payments, issues refunds where needed, pays the theatres and coach companies, and balances the books to help ensure the club remains solvent.

Glenda Llewellyn is the club's minutes’ secretary.  Ros Manning is our coach monitor making sure that everyone is comfortable in their seats and that no one gets left behind.  She Taylor has taken on the role of publicity and media and keeps the website up to date.
